Lubbies Bagels, a new, locally owned bagel and coffee shop, opened Aug. 2 in east Dallas.
Owned by sisters Andrea Lubkin and Jen Lubkin, the artisan shop soft-opened with a limited selection of bagels and schmears, according to a social media post from the company. The sisters plan to offer an expanded menu in the future.
The shop is located at 1160 Peavy Road, Dallas. Lubbies is open 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. daily. www.instagram.com/lubbies_bagels
